As a specialist subcontractor, The Deluxe Group completed bespoke joinery works  in an office space over nine floors in what is described as Belfast’s biggest ever private-sector office letting deal. The designs for this landmark building  celebrate Belfast’s industrial and linen heritage with themes also giving nods to the city’s ship building and aviation industries.
