The Deluxe Group's expertise in providing bespoke fire doors ensures that we can deliver a quality product that will exceed requirements every time.
As well as offering bespoke fire doors we also manufacture our own range of doors including the “Safeguard” 30-minute door and the “Fortress” 60-minute. Both doors have been independently tested in accordance with B.S EN1634 and B.S .476 Part 22: 1987 at UKAS accredited laboratories. If you require something a little different one of our in-house design team will be glad to assist you whether it’s a desired acoustic rating or just something a little more unique.
Our factory production process is independently audited each year under the Certifire (part of Warrington fire) the UK’s leading fire door assessor, as well as NQA who audit our ISO 9001 quality system.

All our door blanks and hardwoods are available with
full FSC® 'chain of custody' and compliance
certification if required.
We are independently audited by BMTrada each year to prove that all our manufacturing processes meet the requirements of the FSC-STD-40-004a and FSC-STD-40-004 V3-0 standards. We also have our environmental management credentials independently assessed by NQA for ISO 14001. ISO 14001 is the international standard for environmental management systems (EMS).
